Default More 3rd Gen's

Driving around central NY lately, I've seen a noticable increase in 3G Daks crusing the streets. A guy across the street has one, a guy at work...several I see on a regular basis. For the past several weeks I've seen at least 1 a day. (I do alot of driving as part of my job). Most look shiny and new.

Anyone else notice this? The more the better I say, increase demand for shocks and other parts.

They must be giving them away right now...I thought I got a deal for mine at $16,500...could probably walk in, offer 12 and sign on the dotted line.

I know I have noticed quite a few here in the San Diego area. And it is a mix of SDG&E and other Utility trucks and personally owned ones.

Well, Chrysler and the dealers need to do something. Who knows, by February 1st we may all have collector's items.

It's unbelievable, but the greedy bastards deserve what they get if they tank.

Not that I am foreign car fan, but when the Union is not willing to make concessions like a pay scale equal to the workers in the factories of Toyota, Hyundai and Mercedes (who by the way, are NOT struggling like the big three...OR closing for a month to save coin) then they risk losing their jobs completely rather than having one that pays less. Hmmm, job or no job? Which would you choose???

They are going to survive or they aren't. It will their own fault.

I work for a foreign car company, and several members of my family work for chrysler and a few work for gm. My pay is the same as theirs and my benifits are way better than theirs. I don't really know why they say that chrysler or gm makes more when for years they have been cutting new hire wages and employee benifits to next to nothing. And we may not be getting as much time off as the big three, but we are getting extra time off. And on another note, people should check out the big tax breaks the foreign car makers get compared to the big 3.
