14" wide 14" tall. 8" deep (bottom) 3.5" deep (top). T50 Torx (i think) to remove the two bolts in the sides of the seat. You should use a shallow mount sub with a grill protector. Attachment 100941 Here is my amp under that same drivers side rear seat. Obviously I wasn't finished when I took this photo. But now the three kids car seats back there have it all locked in, or I take another photo. |
exactly what i was looking for. thanks a lot.

Oh Yeah, the factory Sirius Radio reciever is located there too....if you have it. If you don't use it, just remove it. If you do use it, it will need to be relocated.

If you’re a little adventurous you could do this as well, 10” behind the passenger rear seat. (Means cutting the bracket that holds the jack out) but it will fit a bigger box for a better sounding 10”
Some pics of mine http://carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_...0009_large.jpg http://carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_...0051_large.jpg http://carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_...0021_large.jpg Seat can still be lifted to get access to items under it, just won't go up all the way. this is the same for the other seat as well. http://carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_...0040_large.jpg |
I mounted mine on the Passanger side 10'' Shallow Mount Pioneer Sub, Universal 10'' truck box

I thought about going to the passenger side, but I store too much stuff under that seat and needed the room

Hey, would this work for a 07 Dakota quad cab as well?

07 Dakota quad cab?

It's basically the same truck as the '06; so, it should work the same.
