What 3.55's (and O/D) were made for

74 MPH at 1900 RPM, on a very slight uphill grade. But note that the Superchips 3865 added a little more than 2mph at the same engine speed. I have the auto 5 speed. And excuse the blurry picture, the Blackberry has to be held very still when taking a picture and that is a little hard to do driving down the highway.

P.S. Has anyone with the speed limiter raised push the 4.7 to its limit yet? Will it reach 140 (Superchips max setting)?

What do you mean the superchips added 2mph? Unless I'm mistaken, in OD cruising, the transmission should have the drivetrain mechanically locked together. RPM/MPH should not changed by the tuner unless you went in to adjust the speedo specifically.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding.

The timing is changed to account for 91+ octane, instead of the flex fuel ready 85 octane that our 4.7 is ready for.

That is what I attributed it to at least.

Thats cool. I certainly can't do that with my 4.10s, lol.
