Default Plugs?

I got a 3.7l v6 and was wanting to do a plug change, now I've seen some posts about plugs in our trucks so I was wondering which ones I should get.

Copper plugs run the best in our trucks. Many of the board members here have tried the Autolite 3923 or 5224 and liked them. I would recommend the 5224 if you do light/less intense driving, and the 3923 if you do a lot of stop and go driving or towing.

The NGK V-Power plugs are a great plug and cheap too.

We do long distance driving but it's not all the time also do around town driving so of course stop and go traffic unless we take the country. Our truck just rolled onto 42k

I've been hearing good things about the 3923, I just wasn't for sure at all. I also heard our trucks don't like platinum. I'll give the 3923 a shot.

Did the plug change with the 3923, $9.XX after so that's a win in my book, seems like the truck has more umpth now. I'll take pictures of the old plugs, they weren't nasty or anything just worn out. Took about a hour and a half of work because I've never worked on this new of a truck.
