Like most anybody, I'm looking to get more power out of my truck. I've seen in multiple places that the '08+ intake manifold from the 4.7 is much better than the intake manifold from the '07's down. I can't seem to find it so I have to ask here. What makes the '08+ intake manifold so much better?

 

Shorter runners. Sacrifices a bit of torque for more HP. Go to airram.com for more information. You can get tons of info there on performance 4.7 stuff. Hes out of stock on a lot of things but he has great details about the products. With the 08+ manifold, you need the throttle body adaptor plate.
