wipers won't park
 

My wipers just started parking at a point about 2" above full park position. When they are operating in the rain on intermittent, they sometimes go all the way down between sweeps and other times not. The irritating thing for me is that when I start the car, the wipers make one dry sweep because they are not fully parked.

Is there a park sense relay that covers this issue or are we looking at the timing box in the left foot-well or the wiper motor?

Not sure what year you've got, but check the linkage to see if you've got some bushings going bad.
