Default Anyone relocate the OEM utility rails?

I'm interested in getting a SofTopper for my Dak. But, I have the OEM utility rails installed. Because they are placed on the inside edge of the bed rail, they prevent installing a SofTopper. But, if I could tuck them under the bed rail (like the Toyota, Nissan, and Chevy cargo/utility rails), then I could keep the rails and install the SofTopper. I like the rails and have used them quite a bit. So, I'd like to keep them. But, I'm not sure if there are built-in anchor points that would allow me to relocate the utility rails so that they are under the bed rails.

Anyone try this or install aftermarket rails under the bed rail?
