You have a manual 4 speed transmission in a 2005 Dakota?

No, It's an automatic. And it' a 4 speed transmission. So when j fetntonthe last year it's starts hesitating but goes away when I open up the throttle..

There are truthfully quite a few possibilities. It can get expensive just replacing stuff. We will need more information to help narrow it down.
Is there a check engine light on? Has an OBD reader been hooked up to check for and read any codes present?

Please take a few seconds and read what you type before posting. I tried to fix your post but have no idea what you are trying to say. Spelling, grammar and punctuation goes a long way in helping us help you.....

No engine light on and I am thinking it' either the mass air flow sensor or.maybe the ignition coil..I had a similar problem when I had a Lincoln is and it was hestaiting going up hill..also May be the throttle position sensor??

- spark plugs
- ignition coils
- ignition wires
- IAT sensor
- TPS sensor
- MAP sensor
- crank sensor
- knock sensor
- fuel pump
- injector
- O2 sensor
- dead cylinder
...

Could start replacing stuff. Gets expensive. Better to come up with a diagnostic plan of attack. When at a loss of where to start or how to check, sometimes it is best to take it to a reputable mechanic to diagnose. Once known, then decide whether to take on the repair/replace yourself or have the mechanic proceed.
