Default A/C prob and it's getting hot soon!

Greetings! I'm a new member here, so if I've done something wrong by posting in the wrong place, please forgive me. Free time is short for me these days.
I have a 2006 Dodge Dakota SLT and I've noticed lately that the air blows really cool as long as I'm rolling around 35 and up. However, if I stop (at a red light, for instance) the air becomes not cool at all. Does anybody have any idea of how I can address this? I remember on an earlier model I had, there was a similar problem and I replaced the a/c condenser fan motor and all was well afterwards.
With this one, however, I'm not even sure where it is. Can't find many helpful diagrams.
I'd appreciate any help that folks can pass on. Thanks!
Jeff

Check your fan clutch for operation. Inspect the radiator for clogging from mud or debris. If thats good, move on to checking refrigerant pressure.
