Default 2006 Dodge Dakota Air Filter Housing

Hi!

I bought this 2006 Dodge Dakota recently with about 160k+ miles on it. While I was replacing the air filter I saw considerable amount of fine dust accumulated in the crevices of air filter housing. I wanted to remove the housing to wash it with water. The housing is attached to the body at two locations. At one place it was attached with a nut (which was easy to remove) and at another it's attached with what looks like a rivet. (see attached photo; it was taken from under the body). How do I remove this rivet without breaking the housing?

Yes it is.
I will be monitoring values with the torque pro app when I drive the truck again. It is pretty much getting ready for its nap except for rainy days. It has been excellent weather for riding my bike and it looks to be nice for a while.

I removed the nut from the rear stud and removed clamp from manifold tube, and gave it a pull. As you can see those two pegs slip in the rubber grommets. There wasn't much to it.

Wiggle and pull it straight up.It's stuck in the rubber grommets.Spray them with silicone to ease installation.
