Does anyone know if you can retrofit the steering wheel audio controls? I am new here also - this is a great forum with lots of information. Thanks.

There's really no one out there who knows?

 

you would need a whole variety of things to go right. First is the 6 disc mp3 changer, it is the only deck with the control module that can take the remote controls. Then you need the steering wheel with the audio controls which isnt cheap and you'd have to get from the dealer (i dont know the part number). Then youd have to figure out the wiring for the steering wheel (which includes all the airbag/cruise and then also the audio) back behind the dash to the deck. At least as far as i can tell thats how things work, if there is a simpler way someone please prove me wrong
