Auto-x'd the Durango
 

Well, entered my Durango into the car show at Las Vegas Motor Speedway for Mopars At The Strip. Turns out Hotchkis Suspension has a free auto-x course setup so I figured I would give it a try. I have done it before in other vehicles. Let me just say for having 22" rims and also being a huge SUV it did outstanding. Personal fastest time was a 31.9 and fastest vehicle overall was 27.3. I was fastest in the truck class and was faster than all sport compacts. So Dodge did a great job setting up the Durango R/T! Hotchkis got a few videos and photos of it in action. Might do it again tomorrow to take advantage of all 3 days.

When I read this title I admit I kinda rolled my eyes a little, but hearing your results I too am a believer in the RT package.

Did I read correctly you have NO suspension mods, but this is just a Hotchkis supported venue right? Imagine what some sways and springs stiffer springs could yield!

Never would have expected to see "Durango" and "autocross" in same sentence :icon_surprised: . . . great job !!! . . sure wish I could have watched you running the course. : )

Hotchkis has some videos. And yes im on stock suspension. Ended up winning truck class all three days plus won my class at the car show. It was a good weekend for me!
