Radio troubles
My son has a 2013 Durango Sport and the radio does not work. If he plugs his phone into the USB port he can play his music so there's no problem with the speakers. I pulled the radio out and checked the connectors, all pins are good.
Any ideas would be helpful.

Aside from sending it to an audio shop to be evaluated, probably time for a replacement.

What exactly doesn't work? Does the display come on, display a station, but there's just no radio audio? Does he just hear static except when the phone is used?
