Default Disconnecting battery b4 next few mods

So after lesson learned with my first effort of the HT install, I am planning on trying again in a few days along with the lockpick v5. I have just had a google overdose trying to find details on battery disconnect for the DD and have not found anything. Ive searched the forum under battery, disconnect and nada. So hook up the crazy irishman with the following:

1a - How do I disconnect the battery, do I do underneath the passenger seat, or just remove from Positive under hood, cannot see a way to remove negative under hood.
1b - Once I get HT installed and I connect back, any specific erros or lights, issues I should look for.
1c -NOTE - Will not be going inside fuse box for HT install , NO THANK YOU!!!

2 - Should I disconnect battery before installing V5, can the crazy Paddy do anything here to mess something up? Any tips on install to make these seamless. How did you mount the lockpick inside, pics etc....

Appreciate the update!!

To disconnect the battery, i moved the pass seat all the way forward, went in the second row, pulled up the door in the floor, and use a socket to loosen the terminal and pull the negative terminal off.

But that was me when i needed to reset the dd

I've never reset my battery on any mods with any car/truck I've ever owned!

Alright had some rain showers in between weeding, so got the lockpick installed. Process wasn't too bad except had now power to radio after install. Had to unplug the module and wait 30 seconds and try again. Have not had a chance to play with it except drive 10ft with DVD playing and it worked. also turn on rear camera at any time worked fine too. Any other tips and tricks I need to know, let me know. Another mod bites the dust.....be warned still going to try the hypertech before this weekend I over, stay tuned!!!!
