Llumar is pretty much the mainstream quality brand. Every dealership or tint shop I've gotten a quote from uses Llumar. Have had it on two cars now and no problems.
If the law says 70% light must go through then you need to ask for 70% tint to be legal. 70% is lame and a waste of money. 25-30% tint is a nice look compared to the factory rear glass. I had my purchasing dealer install 28% as part of the deal.

Heavily tinted windows are dangerous. At an intersection other drivers need to know you have seen them. That can't happen if your windows are tinted too much. Doesn't matter to you, but it does to the other guy.
It's even worse when the other guy is riding a bicycle. Cars always win in a car/bicycle accident.
