Thinking about a used Durango
So I found a 2011 Citadel priced well and am thinking hard about it. My big concern, it has 135k miles. I figure you guys are the best to ask, how concerned should I be about that high mileage. I'm buying it so I can pull a camper which will be at least 5k lbs., several times a year, possibly on long trips.
Thanks in advance for helping out the newbie!

Carfax shows it was a local trade and dealer says it was almost all highway miles. I just don't have experience with Durangos so I'm not sure if 135k miles is a concern, or if with proper maintenance they'll run for 250k without an issue. This one has a the Hemi engine as well. I'm in Wisconsin.

Is it a stealership with a shop and might they include some warranty, even 30-90 days? Tires OK? Brakes been done? If they can't tell you when the transmission/transfer case/axles fluids were last changed then get them to throw that in. Same with coolant.
Blue Book price for a loaded 2011 Hemi AWD Citadel with average mileage of about 44k miles prices out at about $33k. Pricing is based on actual sales examples, and since few have 135k miles, there is no real pricing data. Obviously talk them down as much as possible and get as much thrown in as you can. If it is from a Dodge/Chrysler dealer get them to apply all of the available TSB's which are just patches. If it hasn't had TSB 09-002-13 for oil burning after parking uphill, that is worth doing. It involves replacing the oil pan, and when they did mine at 35k miles, they discovered and replaced a bad rack.
