uconnect goes on and off

Unhappy uconnect goes on and off

every 30 seconds my uconnect system reboots and shuts off? what can I do about this? my Durango is 2 weeks old!!

I have this truck 2 weeks, uconnect goes haywire and shuts down???

Take it to the dealer and have them look at it. Use your warranty.

Default uconnect goes on and off

I’m having the same issues, I have a 2018 Durango just bought it a month ago, star shutting off over the weekend, I call the dealer , and they talk me I Lot people having the same problem and is some kind a glitch, and dodge is working on it , they will sent a software update , when? Hopefully soon!

So somebody told me to try putting in a destination into the navigation and muting the guidance directions and THIS ACTUALLY WORKED!! It’s only a temporary fix but it does work

@UconnectCaresCertain 2017 & 2018 Uconnect systems may experience a reboot every 45-60 seconds. Our Engineering teams are investigating the cause and working towards a resolution. We will post here as soon as more information is available and apologize for the inconvenience.
