Hi, I have some issue with closing the Trunk Lid
The trunk is opening with remote without any issues.
When I try to close it with remote or button inside the car it's not closing at all.
Any ideas?
Tried to change the lift gate module- still the same.

 

If you close it manually does it latch fine, or does it seem like something is not properly aligned or binding? If you open it manually does it feel heavy? It's possible that if the gas lift supports are weak it can effect the power close feature since the system has trouble controlling the speed at which the liftgate attempts to close.

What exactly do you mean by "not closing at all?" Do the taillights flash but the liftgate doesn't move? Does the liftgate start to close, then open back up, or is there no indication that they system acknowledges the request to close?
