i really dont think its that hard to know if the updates will work or not on the 3815. its a simple yes or no question. i really dont want to wait for these "almighty" updates for it not to work with the 3815. and if it doesnt im def. not buying a cortex or the new i will go with the other tuner and im sure alot people will do the same.

It won't take a miracle. It will take the best programming in the business. It's going to happen, whether you believe it or not.

You may even want to try the transmission tuning options after you read the feedback on the forums. You never know.

Scott will have to address your question. I'm sure sometime next week he'll chime in and provide an update.

We'll see...I have a feeling i'll be using the quote feature a lot in this thread when these unknown updates finally do launch.

I've seen what's coming. It's the MAC-DADDY of transmission tuning. It will be released in the correct manner. Superchips will do it no other way.

When it's released and if you like what you read, please try it. It would be great to get a Diablo owner's point of view.

Transmisson features vs transmission features. That would be cool.

I feel you bud.

The wait has been long, but you'll be pleased. The engineer at SC is good. He's created something you and others will enjoy. All I ask is a little more patience. A lot to ask, I know.

Happy 4TH!

Hey guys. I know this is a 3rd Gen Ram sticky, however...

I have an '07 Dakota with the 4.7L Magnum. I am running the 87 tune. Not sure why, but my truck sounded like a diesel today twice and both times going up a hill shifting from 2nd to 3rd. I seriously thought there was a Cummins behind me, but no...it was me. It was clattering CTD.

I have the 87 Octane tune, with the following mods...

REV limiter 0190 from stock
WOT 1-2: 5910 rpm
WOT 2-3: 5610 rpm
Speed Limiter: 120 mph

This should be a good tune. The manual says if you here pinging, revert back to stock or add higher octane fuel. If that is the case than why the F@*! is there an 87 tune?

Any help would be greatly appreciated (especially from the SC guys).

Thanks!
