Default Lift kits-Suspension

What brand lift kit are you running? Do you like it, hate it? Would you recommend this to others? Let us know about it here.

A suspension lift kit raises the suspension of the vehicle by replacing front and rear leaf springs and shocks. This not only creates greater travel, it can allow for significantly taller tires improving clearance between axles and ground. Articulation should improve with a good suspension lift kit.

This thread is just for general information. If you have a general question, please post it in this thread. If you have a detailed question, please post it in the 3rd Gen Ram section. Thank you.

Additional Lift Information is available in the Off-Road section. Specifically here:

I voted ProComp even though I don't have lift. I've always been a fan of their components.

Rough Country 3 in. spindle lift kit for 03 ram 1500 2wd. ive been happy with it. pretty easy to install and havent had any problem with it to date. running 285/70R17's on stock rims and it gave me great clearance over the tires, and plenty of travel.

Cool

skyjacker all the way for me when I get mine. From what I've been researching the skyjacker system is the only true 6" bolt on system, all the others I have looked at say you must cut or notch the frame, and I prefer to keep my frame in tact.
