Default Body Lift Kits

What brand body lift do you have? How much of a lift? Like it, hate it? Tell us all about it here.

A body lift kit is a one, two or three inch lift kit that only lifts the body from the frame. This inexpensive kit consists of blocks or spacers. A body lift does not increase ground clearance, however, it might allow for slightly taller tires because it will increase the height of the wheel wells.

This thread is just for general information. If you have a general question, please post it in this thread. If you have a detailed question, please post it in the 3rd Gen Ram section. Thank you.

Additional information regarding lifting your truck can be found in the "Off-Road" section and more specifically, here:

Don't currently, but voted PA anyway. Had a PA on my 2nd Gen and will be putting one on my current ride to go with my current suspension lift. Can you say "TOTY"???

UPDATE* -- Thread got me to thinking, ordered the PA kit today, I'll put it on as soon as I can scrape up enough for the tires I'll need...

Don't have on either but voted PA just cause they seem fairly priced and a good kit. That's what I will use.

No body lift on this truck, only 6" Fabtech suspension, but had a 3" PA body lift on my s-10 that worked really really well. great quality product for not a lot of cash.

btw... if you ever need an extension to put between your jack and frame, extra body blocks work wonders. always carry 2 with me (extra from the s10 lift)

Rough Country! 2.5" in the front, 1.5" with replacement shocks in the rear. Love the look, but the install took up my whole Saturday... Their 'self-clinching' studs didn't work at all; had to MIG weld them in place. Oh well, did I say I love the look yet?
