yes on an IFS. put new shafts up front when I did the lift (still stock replacement) and haven't had a problem since, even when buried up to the doors in mud. and yes, whatever gearing came in the big horn is what's in there. she gets up and goes just fine, better than a lot of lifted trucks I've seen actually. and since it's stock gears + the 40s I can clip well into the 120mph mark. I decided against regearing because i'll be swapping out to Rockwell axles and 54's soon enough and obviously that will all be very far from stock lol

have question,found universal lug pattern wheels,front has offset of 0,back has offset o 48,front wheel is 17/8 same as stock wheel,back Is 17/9.5,will I have any issues with fitting these on my 2wd truck with no lift,may lower rear 2 inches in future. not sure of the offset specs,found on craigslist
