Hammer has 35's with 4" of lift. Personal preference, although I ain't crazy about the guys who do 35s on just a level (although they technically do squeeze in there) there isn't much for for any flex or hauling/towing capacity. 4" is the minimum for 35s and full functionality IMO while 6" gives a bit more of that "open wheel well" look. A prime consideration you have to include is the fact that IFS trucks do not like excessive lift. Also, another reason I went with 4" as opposed to 6" is I use my bed and didn't want it too high. A HUGE factor when riding up an incline to put my ATV in the bed.

My bad Hammer i thought you had a 6 in. lift.
What is the measurement from the ground to the lip of your front fender? |
I dunno, I've measured it before and posted it if you wanna search.
The reason my 4" looks taller is because it really is 4". Most 6" kits do NOT lift anywhere close to 6" on a torsion front IFS Ram. Actual numbers on the Fabtech 6" is more like 4.5" (they want you to crank the key bolts to give that extra 1.5"). Most others measure around 5". The only one I know that measures a true 6" is the Skyjacker kit. |

Ive got close to 6" and 35s. Probably closer than whatever 6" lift you bought would give

Not a quad cab but might help. 4 or 4.5" suspension(was on when bought truck and not sure what brand) and 3" body on a 315/70-17 Goodyear AT Extreme's. Bed height kinda sucks when trying to get an engine or other heavy item out.
