Yes they are bed rail caps. I liked them better than the over the rail bedliner due to the bedliner vibrating and rubbing the paint. They just use double sided tape to adhere to the rail. I bought better tape than what came with them so I would be sure they held going down the interstate.

 

The weatherman says we are supposed to get up to 56 here Friday. That will feel like a heat wave! You won't be able to get near a car wash, might just have to drag out the hose and wash mine in the driveway.
