I do not know anything about these manifolds but from the picture it looks good. I would certainly consider one, granted it is Made In The U.S.A., if I was due to change the plenum gasket (again) on the O.E. manifold.

looks just like the M1 intake.. we did a 5.9 manifold swap on a 2000 5.9 and that looks identical..

I thought The M1 was dual plane?

if you're going to spend $600, you may as well go to hughes and buy the FI airgap.. at least it comes with everything you would need- such as gaskets, tty bolts, ect...

I have an air-gap, and I dig it.. it is a dual plane though- not a single.. I don't think that one in the link is a single plane either- I think it's a dual.. an FI Air-Gap is made by the same folks, but for Hughes.. there are only about four variations of intake manifolds available for our engines..

edit: i take that back.. the one in the pic is closer to, if not, an M1.. which makes it a single plane.. a single plane with that small a plenum area is going to be a dog on the low end.. an air-gap dual plane will be better around mid rpm range, and the factory keg better (in theory) than both for low end grunt..
