You won't find many on here (if any) 3rd Gen Ram 1500s are IFS and 9" of lift and the tire sizes that commands snap CV half axles like you'd snap a toothpick.
You'll get some nice 2500 trucks with combo lifts and big tires on here though if you ask for them. Solid Front Axles is what it takes for that kinda lift/tire combo unless you just plan on making it a "show" truck...

5" Rough Country, 3" PA Body lift, 1" shackle, 39" BFG's. This is not a daily driver, and I do not wheel it (have my jeep for that), haven't had any issues with the rack and pinion or axle shafts as of yet, but suspect sometime I may. I do not drive the truck hard, I tow my Jeep with it occasionally. I don't suggest going over a 37" tire, but it is doable under the proper circumstances. lol

I just hate to see a guy spend thousands on lift/tire and then basically destroy the relatively weak IFS. I probably hang with more lifted truck guys than 98% of the guys on this forum and have seen CVs snap first-hand on a couple of occasions. CVs don't like heavy tires, CVs don't like to run at angles higher than 20% over stock angles. You can also probably plan on buying a new rack & pinion every 20,000 miles or so and replace ball joints and tie rods at two to three times the intervals as a stock truck owner would.
Big lift and huge tires you can do if you are only going to cruise the junior highs for chicks and resolve yourself to having worn front end parts that will need constant care, but if you are going to use your truck as a truck, then IMO 4" and 35" tires is the max...
