Where are the head light fuses on a -04 quad cab 5.7?

I upgraded to bi-xenon--> and it works great :) The only thing is, I have to change the fuses to 20 amps, but I can't find them anywere... They don't seem to be in the fusebox... Any one???

I've looked in the fusebox! None of the fuses describe headlights. What numbers & descriptions(in the lid) does the headlight fuses have?

Thanks again :)

There is no specific headlight/headlamp fuse.

It is fuse #41 (foglamp) fuse.

That fuse feeds the fog lamp relay in the front control module and powers the fogs and heads.

Word of caution;

That circuit was designed for 15amps, so the wires are a little thinner and may burn with the extra 5 amps.

No, foglight and headlight is not on the same fuse... If I pull nr 41 fuse, only foglights go out:(

Relay or Fuse

I see the last post was in 2007, however I am re-asking the same question. Where is the fuse or relay for the headlights? I'm having weird light problems. For my headlights, only the passenger side low-beams work, then on high beams only the drivers side work and nothing on the passenger side. Also, when I put on the hazard lights, only the back passenger tail light blinks. I've checked every bulb with a meter. Any help? I'm thinking my fcm may need to be replaced. I've checked the notorious rear tail light circuit boards. They are fine.

IDK but I dont like the part where you say you need to change them to a 20a. If they are less than that (10a/15a) and you are blowing them and feel the need to go to a 20a then that is a bad idea. Real bad idea.

Update...i paid almost $300 to the dealership and replace the FCM but still have same problems. Does anyone know if you have to re-flash it?

Sounds like the power distribution box is bad. Holds all of the fuses and relays.
