I just got my Flashpaq. I can't wait to try it. I'm reading the instructions now.
But I have 3/4 tank of 89 gas. Can I run the 87 tune and be okay?

 

Hope you like it... I know I really liked mine when I had it. You'll be fine running the 87 tune with 89 octane. Just don't run the 91 tune with any lower than 91. Try out the 91 before you just lock it in at 87 I gained 3.5 mpg with both tunes...So I stuck with the performance tune....

 

got mine about 2 weeks ago and love every minute of it. I also use the performance setting.

I put my Magnaflow exhaust and Flash Paq on this last weekend and picked up 3.8 more mpg on the first tank. My second tank I'm up just 2.1 so far, been a bit heavier on the gas. I like the sound of that Magnaflow whenI get on it and I find myself hitting the gas pretty hard when the light turns green. Oh ya....I have mine set to performance.

 

So I just hooked it up for the second time. I was looking over the settings and saw I forgot to adjust the tire size. I have 20's so they are 33" tall.[sm=oopssign.gif] So I fixed that. We drove it to work yesterday like that, only about 60 miles round trip.
Are the shift points stock with 87 tune? It said they were, but I noticed it shifted higher yesterday. That might be because I didn't set the tire size.
