just the design... you gotta figure the coil system linking all the cylinders together and getting the right timing... a hotter ignition would just be a stronger coil and larger wires....
It is a coil on plug system. This has been around for many years and is not complex. With the addition of electronics on vehicles it is becoming easier to tie many controls together all at once now. Two plugs per cylinder is kiddie-land compared to some of the things the OEMs do in cars today.

have you seen the design.... its not just setting off two spark plugs with one coil at one cylinder... its more complex than that.... it was origanally designed to make sure of complete combustion... it did the job... what do you suggest.....

There is nothing complex about it. There are two valves in the head, perpendicular to them are two spark plugs. And it is just setting off two plugs with one coil pack. Read this article to learn a little about the engine you have in your truck.
