dodge says the on the hemis u shouldnt use anything besides coppers cause they will missfire, not all dodges just the hemis. and the only thing tht i could think is that u gaped it wrong.

Well the fuse reset didnt work , so I went back to autozone and got what they recomended (motorcraft copper plugs gaped at 44, did the fuse reset , so far so good, but we will see in the morning , after I drive it around.I have to drive from texas to california , hopefully in my truck.Thanks all , will let you know if it worked.

its a 40 gap, not 44. lift up your hood and you'll see that stamped on the left side of the hood. Remember when you ask for help from the guys at autozones etc, these are the same guys that ask for engine size when youre wanting to buy wiper blades or head lights. |

Derrick- I posted this on another plug post, but a dodge ram is like a cheap hooker, dont buy it anything fancy cause itll only confuse it, but if you buy it the bare essentials and rough it up every once in a while itll run great. |

I looked under hood and sure enough gap is 40 , so changed plugs again , useing the champion plugs gaped at 40 , reset computer and again after starting truck the second time , I get check engine light.Im thinkin The code is stuck in the memory, so I will unplug battery for a while see if that works.Anyone got any other Ideas.Im getting prety good at plug changing , yall.
