Yes you can as long as you get everything from that truck. I'm not too sure if the 4.7 had the 545RFE but if it does it shouldn't matter. When I do my swap I took the tranny and engine but I'm doing it in a 01 Ram. If I were you I'd pull the transmission. But people have used the 4.7 transmission. What that involved in unsure.

When I plan on doing it I have to use two ECMs and you could do either or. The truck in doing it on never had the 5.7L as an option

No. You are going from a 4.7 to a 5.7 they both have coil packs and run almost the same. I'm going from a motor they has a distributor to a 5.7. you can get your 4.7 computer flashed to run the 5.7. Me I have to use me factory computer as a piggyback for the gauges AND use the 5.7 computer (may just go to the 6.4 Hemi). So don't get to confused . You swap will actually be fairly easy. Basically you'll use everything under the hood of the Hemi truck (mostly). Then it's as simple as swapping motors and either flashing your 4.7 computer or the 5.7 commuter them bam you are done.

Dealership, or one of the folks that sell aftermarket tuners.
