Edge Evolution for 2008 hemi's
 

Made my way to the local 4x4 shop today (it's actually the home office for truckaddons.com) to look at flash tuners. Guy there told me he had an Edge Evolution for 2008 hemi Rams...I had done a bit of research re: these tuners, but they only have them available for 2007 hemi's, but he had been told differently...so we called Edge directly and clarified. Per Edge, the 2008 Evolution will be available at the end of this year and they are not yet compatible with 2008 hemi's..but are currently working on. Sounds familar, eh? Turns out the programming will be a bit different from 2007 to 2008 models not just a simple number change for the unit. I also asked Edge about MDS and nonMDS applications..such as with my MC which is nonMDS...he said this would not cause any problems..so good news for MC and 2500 hemi owners who are interested. Just have to wait till Christmas time....I think I'll be going with the Superchips until then, placed the order today with them.
