HELP with CEL it's on.

I have a 2002 Ram1500 4.7L V8. The light just came on and I took the OBII scanner and it came up with code P1491, and it said control auxilary emission controls. Can someone narrow that down for me? Thanks I love my truck!

Ok, I looked at the stickey and I saw the codes P1491 says Cooling Fan Relay control circuit, how would I go about fixing that?
