What is the best cold air intake system that will not void the warranty? Is it worth spending $360 for the Mopar one, or is there a better one out there?

I'm not sure which one is the "best" but I was looking myself and ended up ordering the Airaid one. It was a toss up between that one or the K&N. The Airaid seemed to be of better quality so I went with that one. We'll see.....

06-08 are the same. I'm just going to use my stock replacment K&N filter and order an AirRaid MIT tube. The stock box flows plenty of air. It's the HEMI hat over the throttlebody that has the restriction.

I chose the APM Ram-Air Hood, airbox w/K&N filter upgrade. http://www.ramairhood.com/ram_air_system_comparison.htm Why? I like the look but its cost is 5x the Mopar? Considering what it does, with my combo the air intake temp (measured with SC Flashpaq) is within the noise (1 or 2 degrees) of the overhead console ambient temp. I measured a buddy's under-the-hood CIA and the air intake temp was 25 deg F warmer than the ambient temp which is still probably cooler than the stock airbox.

+1...that's what I did and it turned out pretty good. I went with an Amsoil filter though...

Ram Hammer production is on hold for a while but it is an awesome piece of craftsmanship.

Looks heavy and the metal holds heat. Just my opinion on those.

SeVeReDiStOrTiOn, Did you notice any power or mileage increases with the MIT/filter addition? I'm sure the sound is better, just wondering if it is really worth the $110 for the MIT?

The mid-high rpm pull is smoother...so there's definitely better airflow and probably some gain. At first I lost a few mpg but I didn't do a pcm reset, after a couple tanks the mpg is back to where it was.
