Default 2008 Ram blower motor

I am thinking I may need to replace the blower fan motor in my 2008 Ram. When I turn it on it makes a sound as if it is rubbing or grinding on something. Anyone know what all is involved in getting to this blower motor? Is this a weekend get er done thing or a send it to the mechanic and pay out the *** type of job? Thanks

Its not that hard. 3 screws hold it up in the heater box. Unplug and remove the screws, I believe will 8mm or 5/16 screws.
