I have read putting throttle body spacer in can increase hp and milage. Is this true and if so and I did is the any adjustments to the TBI.

 

better used as a paper weight. they're worthless. might even lose mpgs

In the early days of throttle body input, before the days of sensors inside the TB, they were said to give small gains. But now you read of independent tests that either say they do nothing, or even degrade performance slightly...
