Not exactly a Dodge question...Engine issue's.???
So my terd of an Exploder gets beat on locally and the past few weeks when i go out to start it for the first time of the day it idles super rough. After about 20 seconds or so it clears right up. WTF? i was initially thinking that maybe valve seals were leaking and that was causing the hesitation, but there's no smoke at all out the tailpipe??? It's got 87kmi
I just did complete tune-up including fuel filter. Anyone got any ideas? I'm not gonna spens too much time on this POS. if I can't figure it out from my computer then it aint gettin fixed...lmao Seriously.:icon_shrug: |

lmao Too much work! It just started doing it. i have ran 3 tankfuls of Lucas Injector cleaner to clean out the injectors and valves. i'll do some seafoam and see what happens. I may even record the smoke show? people driving by my house will think....Yup..FoundOnRoadDead lol. |
yup sounds like you need to sea foam her dogg

Sounds like either an injector is leaking down while sitting fouling the plug, or sticking and not firing for a bit when cold.

If it's the modular v8 it could be the EGR is starting to stick.
