I got a 03 Ram 1500 4X4 and in 4 wheel drive it locks right up, like something is bindng up in transfer case. Started out only with a noise, now we can't even use 4x4. We have taken the shafts out, they are fine, torn transfer case apart and there is no obvious wear or distruction inside, changed spider gears, checked all the ratios and everything comes out right. Anyone have any problem with 4 wheel drive bindng up like this?
