How's the Cortex?
 

What can I expect from a cortex in my '04 4.7L ? How many hp and foot pounds is everybody gaining? Would a flashpaq be a better deal or is either one worth the money.

The 91 tune will give you an additional 13 HP and 21 ft lbs of torque. If you go with the 3865 or 3950, you'll have the transmission options available to you when released. The Cortex 3950, if you buy it brand new from an authorized dealer, gives you a two year power train warranty.

Tuning files are the same in both units.

Thanks, I've looked for straight numbers everywhere and couldn't find anything. Does anyone think the cortex is worth the extra $40

I have the cortex and love it. But I also have the PT trans tuning features already on mine so my opinion might be a little influenced :D.

When are the Hemi Tunes for an 07 due out?
