I'm pretty sure the fuel filter is IN the tank. That looks like a resonator. It looks like it is close to the rear end.

Its a in tank filter?!?!? Crap. That exhaust pic was taken from the driverside. What you see is the trans, not the rear.

Then I'm pretty sure it's a resonator because the cats on my 4.7 are almost all the way up in the engine compartment.

All newer rides have the filters in the tanks. No more carbs with in-line filters anymore. Why do you wanna change the filter anyway. Ive never seen one NEED to be changed.

It would cost less to change a filter that is not in the tank than it would to change an in-line filter.

Cause Ive changed the FF on all my vehicals. You get trash in the tank and in the lines.

That is a cat converter in the exhaust and the fuel filter is in the tank. That pic is part of the EVAP system.
