I have a 2006 1500 Dodge Ram Laramie. I have been noticing that my remote key would not always work, so I figured that my battery in the remote was going dead. I change the battery tonight and nothing. Now I have noticed that the red security light is just staying on. Even when I open up the doors the lights stay off and the power door locks dont work. Does anybody have any idea what I need to do? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks.

 

Is your batt low or went dead recently

 

The truck has been sitting for a week. But I'll check the battery. Hopefully that will be it. Thanks for the tip.
