Cooper Zeon's @ Pepboys?

All,

Pepboy's carries the Cooper Zeon LTZ's. They are $164/tire, which is cheaper than anywhere else I found. Also, they give you a rebate for $164 because I guess if you buy 3, the 4th is free.

So $835 balanced and installed - $164 MIR. (plus tax)

Thoughts? Anyone had any major issues with Pepboy's and tire installations? I usually use Discount Tire, but they were $867 + plus tax.

If you can get LTZ's all said and done for $492 plus mounting fees, what are you waiting for!!!

Thought I found a good price at $706.80 shipped to the door.

$835-$164 MIR = $671 total.

*Side note...Just checked Coopers website and it says all rebates must be postmarked by Nov 30th and recieved by Dec 14th???

At Tread Depot, they charge $135 plus shipping. Total comes to $660 to my door no tax. That's if your talking about the LTZ's as Cooper makes MANY Zeon tires now.
Nevertheless, It's practically the same amount and you get them mounted/balanced!

Dog - the rebate isn't a Cooper rebate. It's a Pepboy's rebate. I don't know if it's a special only for December 13-27th (listed on the rebate), or if they normally run this sort of deal.

In any case, I'm definitely getting them installed this week (and yes, I'm talking about the Zeon LTZ's in the stock size of 275/60/20). I'm tired of the Goodyear's!

Those were the 2nd things to get changed off my truck. First was a Magnaflow catback. i couldn't drive around in a super quiet hemi and I didn't feel safe with those stock tires in any weather conditions.

alot of people have these tires and average price is around 700-750 mounted and installed and not having to worry about any rebate. if you lived in MI i would send you to my friend always takes care of my first pair i bought was 600 mounted and balanced second was 650. discount tire might be your best bet speak with a manager and give him some bs how youve been hassled all day long and another shop was going to give them to you cheaper. a manager a discount can technically give you anything in the store for 5 dollars above cost. you just have to convince him to do it. good luck

I got mine at Mavis Discount Tire for $600 plus tax after telling the manager i had a better price. Thats mounted and balanced out the door price. If they want your business they will do it.

Ok, got them put on at Discount Tire for $670 out the door (including tax). No hassling with rebates, etc.

I only put about 10 miles on them, but it was wet outside, and they already performed better than the Wrangler HP's. They look much better too! I found it humorous that when I said I needed 275/60/20's, he knew I had a Ram 1500. Apparently it's the only vehicle which uses that size tires as stock (that he has run across anyway).
