Price seems high on this truck

I've been lookin for an upgrade to my 2.2 single cab s10 for a few months now.

Finally found one truck I liked.

04 quad cab 1500 SLT
4x4 5.7L
20" wheels
100k mi
Completely stock

They're asking $15k for this truck which seems very high for a truck with 100k mi on it.

NADA priced it at about 14k, but that still seems high.

What do you guys think?

Keep looking. Check Craigslist, ebay, cars.com, autotrader.com, trucktrader.com. You should get an idea regarding the market and what combination of features you are requiring.

I found my 05 Quad cab 4.7L 4x4 with 62K miles for $13,500. It took a lot of looking though to find just the right combination.

With all this snow we've had here in IN I assume they're jacking up asking prices a bit. I've been looking around since August or so now.

Overpriced. Keep Lookin!

I found mine on AutoTrader.com 10k miles for under 14k.

That's rediculously over priced.

There is one from a dealer in martinsville with the exact same specs as that for 10k....and that's still a bit high

Not just a little high - way too high, keep looking.
