How many of you that are 1500 4x4 hemis have the pacesetter or hedman longtubes installed with cats also running? If anyone has done it I would like to see the setup on how to run my exhaust

I have pacesetter lt's with cats and a pacesetter 3" y-pipe. What type of info do you need?

Ok here is kind of a background of what im dealing with. I am gonna be doing a cam swap soon and need LTs and found these for 232 shipped. Ok here in NC they do a visual cat inspection and cel... I just need to see how to fit my stock cats if possible or a picture of where the collector of the LT ends up at on the driver side. I am gonna try to tie it into my existing pipe with I have duals with an x pipe just below where original y pipe is.... Any help is greatly appreciated especially pics

I have Pacesetter LTs with stock cats and a stainless "Y" in preparation of installing a cam that's been sitting in my garage for over a year.

Depending on the state, you may fail inspection just by moving the location of the cats. Check before you undergo this modification...

I can move the cats I just cant throw a cel or not have cats which I'm gonna get the truck inspected before I put em on so I have a year to figure out what to do about CEL. Hopefully Sean can handle it on my SCT for me...Do you have any pics of your setup HammerZ71

If it's done right, you won't get a CEL. I haven't popped one yet and I did my headers over three years ago. The cats are moved back about 18" and you'll have to extend the O2 wires. I was prepared to go the non-fouler route, but never needed to. If you do pop a CEL, the non-foulers will get rid of it.

I have the older KRC210 when Marty was having Crane make them, with a slight (-4 degree) variation for more low end torque. Just waiting to have the funds to finish and kinda want to see what SCT or Diablo does for my tranny.
I'm not really wanting to lose the transmission tune my SC gives me and neither SCT nor Diablo have tranny tunes for my '04 yet.

I think I have some pics on my desktop PC only difference is now I've gone to a Magnaflow stainless "Y" and changed out my Flowmaster for a Cherry Bomb muffler. Will post some up tomorrow if I can find them...

yea I would appreciate it if you could. At that second crossmember back from the tranny that box behind it is the issues for the 4wds and idk wat to do about iut

Didn't I post like 20 pictures about a month ago for this reason... although I guess mine is not a 4x4 though. Anyways mine is running the stock cays with no CEL's and no nonfoulers either

yes you might have but on the 4x4s its got that box where as most 2wd truck just have their pipes ran where the box is which isnt an option for me

I know you have to use extensions for the o2 wires. Which extension do I need and how many?
