windsheild thingy's...
 

noticed on my friends 08 i think his windshield has channels on each side(d. side and pass. side..) these run up and down supposed to channel water and i was wondering where to find them as i think it will also cut down on the wind that makes my uppers on my doors shake....and ideas...you guys with the newer gen 3's will know what im talking about....

no idea were to get them. but i have them on my 04 and my passengers door shakes when i do 60 and air comes in from the top. so they wont stop that. but water coming in from the window it will stop

they started doing it on the newer 3rd gen trucks as i was told...somebody had to put em ya truck beastro unless you got lucky....its on my buddies thunder road....

yeah I had the windshield replaced when I got the truck the old one was scratched. So maybethe new outer gormet has thos?

No channels in my windsheild. Just to make sure you mean the actual glass right? If no, none are in mine.

My wifes '07 Rango has them and they work great. I too would like to know if this is something that could be added to my Ram.

Hey weedahoe, they are a a piece of plastic on outside of the windshield right at the A-pillar that channel the water up and over the vehicle instead of letting it blow around to the doors and then in your window if you have it down.

by the description, my '03 doesn't have them either.
