I want to buy a B&M extra capacity pan for my transmission (04 2500 w/hemi) but I'm a little confused or perhaps I'm missing something. It only shows pans for 4-speed trans with code: 48RE. In my glove box it states the truck has a 5 speed auto transmission and the code is OGQ. Is the 5 speed really a 4 speed with OD? or is there 2 different transmissions for that year?

 

your transmission is the 545RFE. PML makes a KILLER tranny pan. ive also only ever heard good things about MAG-Hytec stuff. check out these threads about my PML pan.
