Default Wheelbearing/hub rant

Okay so my ram is getting older but i've had both hubs go out with in months of each other and the truck only has 88k on it which is mostly highway miles. Is it just me or does that seem really fast for them to fail? The one was so bad it almost separated. It happened almost overnight. The other one is now squealing everytime i take off of speed up.

I now have new timken units up there now. I'm glad my truck is only 2wd ABS so the hubs were only 170 a piece.

My driver's side wheel bearing went out at 85,000 miles and it went out again 11 months later so it was warrantied by the local parts store. I just had to do the work myself again. My passenger side is still going strong.
