yeah, sounds like epoxy to me. god, i hope my body shop didn't epoxy mine back on, if so i'm gonna be pissed. i'm thinking i'll plasti dip the emblems on mine along with the wheels.

I know epoxy will turn back into a liquid at about 250degrees or so...I wonder if you could get it hot enough without damaging the paint

Go to a hobby store and see if they have epoxy remover. Its like xylene or something, cant remember the chemical. All of that is if you cant take a razor blade and slowly chip it off
