Emcanurse, I found that already. Thanks though! I have already tried this and I am able to tune the tire size. I think that Dodge updated my software and now I cant update the tuner because I forgot my login. Plus, the link you provided is for a 3875, whereas mine is a 3865. Thank you very much however for looking for me! I really appreciate it.

It looks as thought the programmer is reading a difference between the trans and the engine files.

This could have something to do with the recent dealer visit but not sure.

Give customer service a call at 888-227-2447 and explain the situation to the rep. A file can be sent down the pipeline through internet update to get this corrected for you.

Scott, thank you very much. I actually called the Customer Service line at 0830 on Monday and Travis helped me out. He did send a file down the pipeline. He said that dodge tried to save a buck and flashed an update on the ecu but not the tranny. After travis hooked me up with a new file, it still didnt work (not his fault, probably just another error) and I called back again. I forget the guys name now (used to be it the Air Force) but he gave me another update and now I am good to go. Long story short, dodge was the problem for flashing only half the truck. Thanks SuperChips...I'm good to go now! Excellent customer service!!
