Alright, let me start with saying I'm new to the forums, also, somewhat new to lifts and whatnot. I've got a few questions I've Googled and stuff and found different answers for it, and not EXACTLY what I'm looking for.

PLEASE READ: *I'm not looking for negative comments or anything mean, just looking to get a better thought on what I should do.*

I have a:

2005 Ram 1500 SLT 4-door
(2wd) ...yea,yea I know...


With:

6'' Rough Country Suspension Lift
35'' Toyo M/T's, 22'' XD Diesels Machined face

Ok, so I have the 6'' suspension lift kit on my truck and I haven't had any problems at all with it. I like the way it looks, but I wanted to go a tad bit taller look. Nothing extreme, nothing super. I wanted to go maybe another inch taller.

What I'd like to figure out and know for sure is:

-Can I add like a coil spring spacer on my lift that's on now?
Only a 1 1/2" spacer. Or maybe just a 1''.

-And upping my 3" rear block and Ubolts from the suspension kit to a 4" block and Ubolt kit from this site(STILL rough country)

-Now I know this may be a dumb question and I'm sure that there's no difference, but the u bolt & block for a "4x4", will it "fit" or "work" on my 2WD?
(Just wanna make sure)

And yes, I'd like the 1/2" taller in the front end because to me I kinda like it and my truck is VERY SLIGHTLY lower in the front.

Also, I don't go extreme mud ridding in it. Its mainly used right now for work, but I'm about to get me a work truck so yea...And the mud I go through isn't anything to tear it up. It will mainly be like a drive around town truck for at home.

The only person I know of running a coil spacer on top of a lift is Weedahoe so I would PM him. Also I would think the U bolt would work as there is no difference between a 2wd and a 4x4 in the rear

 

Ok, thanks. And I thought there wouldn't be anything different with the blocks. But I just wanted to make sure before I spent money.

 

My 98 ram 1500 is a 1/4 in higher on the passenger side than driver side, anyone know why??? Could it be weak springs???
